HERO 2019 Tamil Movie

Hero is an upcoming Tamil-language action thriller film of 2019. P.S Mithran, who debuted with blockbuster Irumbu Thirai, is directing the movie. Kotapadi J Rajesh has bankrolled this project under his production house KJR Studios. The film stars Sivakarthikeyan, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Arjun Sarja, and Abhay Deol, who is making his Tamil debut in the lead roles. HERO is  latest movie of Sivakarthikeyan after two releases Mr.Local and Namma Veetu Pillai. The director retained many of the technicians for his previous film. The film has gained much interest through its teaser and trailer and is getting released on 20 December 2019.

Story

Shakti is a regular middle-class guy who has always wanted to be a superhero like Shaktiman since his childhood. But he becomes a fake certificate dealer. He falls in love with a girl (Kalyani) who is a motivational speaker in the profession. Abhay Deol is a businessman who is providing seats for students illegally in reputed colleges and also destroying the life of talented students with his fake certificates rattle. Shakti gets to know about the consequences of his illegal works by his mentor (Arjun Sarja) on the life of brilliant students. Shakti realizes his mistakes, and with the guidance of his mentor, he tries to fight against these illegal certificates and students’ problems by becoming a superhero. Will he be successful in bringing the efforts of skillful students to limelight is to be watched on big screens.

Songs

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music and background score for the movie. Yuvan also mentioned that there is an 18-minute long score composed for the film, which is said to be the longest ever in Indian cinema.

P.S Mithran, who impressed on debut with everyday people’s subject Irumbu Thirai is coming up with a student issue subject. The teaser and trailer have raised the eyebrows of the audience. The movie is all set to release on 20 December 2019 and is hoping to end one of the prosperous years of the Kollywood industry on a high.

Movie Review

HERO is undoubtedly a must-watch this weekend for the entire set of audience. It is backed by a powerful script by PS Mithran and fellow writers with a strong social message who has done a lot of research on our Education system. The story executed in the movie breaks the Indian Education system into pieces. 

Sivakarthikeyan is brilliant as usual with his trademark acting & dialogues but also excels in action sequences as the superhero. Kalyani Priyadarshan makes an impressive debut. Arjun and Abhay are too good in their roles. Ivana shines in her inspiring role. The visuals by George DOP are simply stunning with excellent night shots. The art director and other crew have done a fantastic job of making the movie look so lively on screen. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the hero of the film for his outstanding bgm. No doubt, he is the king of bgm. PS Mithran is the director to look out for social message-oriented movies after director Shankar. Many of the fans are already requesting him to start working on the sequel and make HERO as a franchise. 

HERO has blockbuster written all over it with a brilliant social message for the entire country and will surely win many hearts and accolades too. The movie should have been done on a pan India platform as the message conveyed is universal. Overall, HERO is the most recommended movie for this week for the audience, especially for the parents & children.Go for it Highly Recommended.
