The story of ‘Shamshera’ is set in the fictitious city of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved and tortured by a ruthless authoritarian general Shuddh Singh, played by Dutt. Netizens have been hailing the film and Ranbir’s performance. In fact, a few users even pointed out that Yash Raj Film’s Shamshera is a ‘decent film by Bollywood’ in a long time. Some even called the actor ‘magical’ on-screen.
What a brilliant and beautiful performance by all the actors, especially Sanjay Dutt as a villain is just mind-blowing and double role of Ranbir Kapoor is just a cherry on the cake. It’s absolutely a perfect treat for the audience. After a long time, Ranbir Kapoor is coming back with a blast after Sanju. The trailer and soundtrack are just awesome, soothing, and promising enough to make the movie blockbuster.
The cinematography and set designs of the film is excellent. Ranbir Kapoor has played the character of Balli very well & his action scenes are very nice to watch. Sanjay Dutt’s acting was on a different level. Vaani Kapoor’s dance & look was good.
Sanjay Dutt plays Daroga Shuddh Singh. The latter is reuniting with Karan Malhotra after Agneepath in 2012, where he played the main villain Kaancha Cheena. The actor said Shamshera is made for the masses. He told us, Shamshera is an amazing film, most commercial film I have come across in recent times, it is made for the masses. This is kind of work I’ve done all my life, but it got somewhere forgotten in Bollywood.
