Darbar Official Trailer Released
Darbar is an upcoming multilingual action drama film of 2020. Superstar Rajinikanth is playing the lead role in the movie. Renowned director A.R. Murugadoss is directing this big-budget entertainer, which is bankrolled by Allirajah Subaskaran of Lyca Productions. Nayanthara has paired up with Rajinikanth as the leading lady, while Sunil Shetty is playing the lead antagonist. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music of the film after their previous blockbuster Petta earlier this year. And also, some of the best technicians are working on this project. The makers released the songs earlier this month, which became instant hits, especially the “Chumma Kizhi” song sung by SP Balasubramaniam. Rajinikanth will be seen in a dual avatar in the film, with one being a cop role. He is portraying as a police officer after more than 20 years, and the fans are much eager about his new look too. Initially, fans expected that the trailer release would happen on Rajini’s birthday on 12 December. But makers clarified that the trailer would release on 16 December 2019 in Tamil along with Telugu and Hindi languages at a private event in Mumbai. Fans were trending the topic ever since the announcement on social platforms, and they can’t wait to watch Rajini’s mass avatar as a cop.
Darbar Official Trailer Revealed and Blasting Internet in Style
The fans were eagerly waiting for the clock to hit 6.30 PM yesterday to see the trailer of one of the most expected movies of Rajinikanth. Since Superstar Rajinikanth and ace director Murugadoss have teamed up for the first time, the expectations were sky-high. The trailer release got delayed due to technical issues, and fans became furious over the production house, for not releasing it on time. After a delay of 20 minutes, the Official Trailer of Darbar released on YouTube channel of Lyca Productions in Tamil and Telugu languages and on the Reliance Entertainment channel who will release the Hindi version across the country.
The trailer starts with the mass background score composed by Anirudh, with Rajini jumping into a group of gangsters as a cop. Rajini is essaying as the Police Commissioner of Mumbai in the movie. The trailer is packed with loads of action and punchy one-liners, which is a treat for Superstar fans.
It also shows a glimpse of the lady superstar Nayanthara as his lady love and Sunil Shetty as the rugged deadly don of Mumbai. The trailer has met the expectations of the fans and celebrating the trailer release in style. Many celebrities expressed their views on the trailer, and they also can’t wait to see mass Thalaivaa on the big screen next month. The trailer has been trending no.1 on YouTube and already crossed the cumulative views count of 20 million, including all three languages in less than 16 hours.
The trailer ends with a stylish mannerism of Rajini saying, “I’m a bad cop.” and the fans have to wait till the Pongal festival to see the complete avatar of Rajini as a deadly bad cop.
